3. Data collection
When you access and use our website, we collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. The following information is temporarily stored in something called a log file:

• Website from which our website is accessed (referrer URL)

Our website is not hosted by us, but by a service provider which processes the aforementioned data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR for the purpose of providing the website.
The data are processed to safeguard our overriding legitimate interest in displaying our website and ensuring security and stability on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The collection of data and storage in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is no right to object to this processing due to the exception under Art. 21(1) GDPR. This information is used, among other things, to analyse the activity of the content viewed/listened to and to create reports. If a user has an account with YouTube, LLC, YouTube Video can assign the videos played to their profile.

We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular the USA. The US companies involved and/or their US subcontractors are certified in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU-US DPF).

Only the provider of the page to which reference is made is responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information.
If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove the affected links immediately.

8. Data protection information for Matomo
We use the open-source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) on our website. This software sets a cookie in your browser (for information about cookies, see above). When you visit individual pages of our website, the following data are stored:

• Two bytes of the IP address of your accessing system (anonymised IP address)
• The website you visit
• The website from which you accessed the website (referrer)
• The subpages you access from the visited website
• The time you spend on the website
• The frequency of your visits to the website

The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. Your personal data will only be stored there. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.

We process your data with the help of the Matomo analytics software for the purpose of analysing the use of individual components and content of our website on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG.

Once set, the cookies are stored for 13 months.

9. Data protection information for Google Maps
We use the map service Google Maps to create directions. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited which displays a map on our website.

10. Data processing through embedded videos
Our website contains embedded videos from YouTube and Vimeo. We only enable the connection to the video providers. Data are only transmitted to YouTube or Vimeo when you click on a corresponding video.
